You are always aware of what is happening, you cannot be made to do anything against your will, and you can stop the session at any time. Sessions are guided with care and respect.
Will I be “asleep” or lose control?
No. You are not asleep and you do not lose control.
Most people describe hypnotherapy as feeling calm, relaxed, and focused — similar to being absorbed in a book or daydream. You can speak, move, and remain fully aware throughout the session.
Do I have to relive past experiences or trauma?
No. You are not required to relive or retell painful memories.

What is the 21-day audio recording?
After your session, you’ll receive a personalized audio recording to listen to daily for 21 days.
This recording helps reinforce the work done during your session and supports lasting change at a subconscious level. Most recordings are approximately 15-20 minutes long.
Do I need to do anything between sessions?
Listening to your 21-day recording daily is the primary part of the process between sessions.
There is no coaching, accountability tracking, or ongoing homework. Everything is explained clearly during your session.
Is this therapy or coaching?
This is hypnotherapy.
I do not offer coaching, ongoing accountability, or crisis support. Sessions follow a clear therapeutic structure focused on anxiety relief through hypnotherapy and subconscious-based techniques.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available both in person and virtually.
Virtual hypnotherapy is just as effective and allows you to participate from the comfort of your own space.
