Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is a specific, structured form of hypnotherapy that goes deeper by:

  • reframing subconscious beliefs that keep anxiety active

  • reinforcing change through a personalized recording

The first step is a free 20-minute consultation — a calm, no-pressure conversation to explore whether RTT hypnotherapy feels like the right next step for you.

How it works

Free consultion  (20-30 minutes)

A detailed Intake Process.

 It outlines the terms of the contract, such as fees, conditions, legal elements and to answer any questions you may have.

Hypnotherapy Session: (60-120 minutes)

Sessions (in person/virtual) are booked after the consultation and are 1-2 hours in duration. 

21 day audio recording:
(15-20 minutes)

A personalized 21 day recording.

The recording will guide your subconscious mind to take in the transformation permanently.

Follow up:
(15 minutes)

A gentle follow up and support between sessions.

I will follow up with you 24 hours after our session, 7-10 days following our session and at 21 days after our session.
